I was told about this new album was coming out months ago, and reminded again recently by Inti. Finally got around to listening to the entire thing. The demo was alright, but a little too slow for me, (hey...cant find that tape...damn gremlins hiding my stuff again),
The couple of new tracks I heard a few months back, I liked way better.
Now listening to GATEKRASHOR's debut full length, yep, this is great speed metal / thrash metal / power metal the classic way it is supposed to be done..
Not going to compare the band to anybody else, (like I usually do in reviews).
Plenty of others will do that elsewhere.
It rips, it bangs, it shreds. The vocals sound cool and rough. SOLID full length LP by Gatekrashör.
I will be surprised if this doesn't get a lot of notice as it bleeds true 1980s underground metal through every riff and beat.
Has an upside down cross on the cover if you like that shit too...
and does it get anymore 1980s Canadian metal-like with the first song's title?
